What the form asks
- Who is coming, including children and their ages.
- What you can’t eat, person by person.
- Which nights you are staying, and which room you would like to reserve.
- Which extra meals and which activities on the extra days you want to join.
The deadline is 15 January for the main RSVP and 15 April 2027 for all the details.
Rooms go in the order people ask
There are a limited number of rooms of each type. If the room matters to you, answer early rather than in April — have a look at the rooms first so you know what you are choosing between.
